Absolutely in love with the Country Tree brand! Not only because it’s run by an amazing woman who is so creative and you can see the love in all the products. but the products itself is definitely one of a kind. It’s soft, beautifully designed and so comfy! I was gifted the whale rompers by a dear friends at my baby shower for my twin boys. Being born in the midst of the Boland summer, these rompers were a win. Not only were the twins comfy and happy in their rompers, but they also looked SO cute too. I love supporting small, woman-owned businesses, especially when they create such beautiful products! You’ll definitely find a few Country Tree items in my twins’ wardrobe!

You are always welcome to reach out to us for any questions that you may have but here are some FAQ’s to get you started!
All our clothing and products are handmade by Marié and are generally made to order with a lead time of up to 2 weeks. You are welcome to get in touch anytime to check if we have the item in stock and if so we will ship immediately for you.
Our lead times are generally around 2 weeks for most products eg. Rompers, dresses and shirts. We work very hard to keep our stock levels up but our stall at our Mosaic market is very successful and sometimes stock run out.
If you have a special celebration coming up that you need an urgent gift for or find yourself in a panic for a product please reach out to us, we will always do our best to help where we can!
Life in the time of a load-shedding is still a very real part of our day to day lives and may impact on our manufacturing from printing to the last stitch of a garment. Please do keep this in mind for us and other small businesses, we will do our best to keep you in the loop but where possible please allow plenty of time for orders to be made and delivered in time for your special occasions!
Our fabric is digitally printed. Next generation Industrial Digital Textile printing direct onto cotton & linen fabrics. Our printers are proud to be using the most updated Italian engineered Eco-friendly digital technology. Low carbon, water-wise fabric printing for natural fabrics.
Not just yet. Our studio/workshop is based in Sedgefield and you are always welcome to pop in for a visit — please do get in touch to arrange this ahead of time. We do however have a stall at the Mosaic Market in Sedgefield. Stall 11.
Please note that delivery rates are based on delivery to all SA main centres. Free shipping is offered for orders over R600.
We ship all across our sunny South African shores. We have shipped orders abroad so please do get in touch and let’s see how we can help!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, you can contact us with the explanation and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it speedily. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or purchased using gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We pride ourselves on quality and will be more than happy to issue a refund on an item that has slipped through our QC. Please note that our lead time is +- 3 weeks as we print our own fabric, and every clothing item is hand made to order. There can sometimes be unforeseen delays due to load shedding, strikes, fabric not available from suppliers/importers and public holidays, and we cannot issue a refund for a delayed order. When ordering clothing for a special occasion please keep our lead time in mind, and please drop us a mail after checkout of the date the items are needed so that we can make sure you receive your order on time. If an item is returned due to poor workmanship, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
